Prior to your delivery, the delivery agent will telephone the number provided at the time of order to confirm the expected delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept requests for deliveries at specific times.
Deliveries will be suspended in case of natural disasters, states of emergencies, if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, a Black or Red Rainstorm warning is in effect and during black out dates during Chinese New Year (New Year's Eve to the Fourth Day of the Lunar New Year). In this event, we will contact you by phone or email to offer Hotel Collection (if you wish to maintain the same date) or an alternative delivery date.
To collect an order as self pick-up, please visit Butterfly Patisserie located at Level 2 of Rosewood Hong Kong, adjacent to the Hotel Lobby.
Hotel Collection is available from 1pm to 7pm, every day. You may select your desired collection date and time during checkout, up to 40 days in advance.
Self pick-up at Rosewood Hong Kong is available during the indicated dates and times during checkout at the time of order.
Customers are required to pick up their order no later than 5 days past the requested pickup date for non-food items and within 24hrs of the requested pick up date for fresh food items. Otherwise orders will be considered forfeit. Fresh food items that have not been picked up after 24hrs of the requested pick up date will be discarded due to hygiene reasons.
Rosewood Hong Kong will prepare orders according to the details provided by the customer. The order confirmation email will show information of the pick up date, time and location. No refunds will be entertained for no shows.
Once goods have been handed over by Rosewood Hong Kong staff to the customer, Rosewood Hong Kong is not liable for any damage or loss of the goods during further transport and handling by the customer.
