Academy by Simon Rogan Apprentices x International Culinary Institute Students Collaboration Dinner  

This September, Rosewood Hong Kong will partner with Academy by Simon Rogan (SRA) and International Culinary Institute (ICI), a member institution of the Vocational Training Council, to launch a collaboration dinner on the 2nd & 3rd September, at Botanical Kitchen in Rosewood Hong Kong.

The dinner is a “Rosewood Empowers” initiative and focuses on providing equal access opportunities, nurturing youth development, and supporting underserved communities.

Guests will enjoy a 6-course tasting menu, with dishes presented from both SRA and ICI students. Enhance the dining experience with an additional wine pairing and drinks package. Join us for this exclusive dinner experience as we support and empower new culinary talents!

11. Rosewood Hong Kong reserves the right to amend the event and any of its terms and conditions, without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Rosewood Hong Kong shall be final.

12. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

13. Corkage policy:
Standard Wine - HKD700 + 10% Service Charge per bottle;
Magnum Wine - HKD1400 + 10% Service Charge per bottle;
Spirits - HKD1000 + 10% Service Charge per bottle.
For a table of 4, they can enjoy corkage offer for 1 bottle, for a table of 6 or above, they can enjoy corkage offer for 2 bottles.

14. Cake charge policy:
Cake cutting fee is HKD65 per person.
