A line of giant green olives, selected from Italian olive groves and appreciated for their extreme sweetness. The raw materials come exclusively from controlled crops and are processed according to traditional recipes.
The giant green olives are harvested from mid-September to the end of October and processed within 24 hours so that the fruit remains intact in its organoleptic characteristics. The olives are put in brine for a few months, where the natural process of lactic fermentation begins.
Ideal to consume as an aperitif or appetizer.
