Made with a natural rubber base and a PU upper layer, with a laser print alignment design that does not fade or peel.
KaiJai yoga mats have a simple ergonomic design, with a central alignment guide which helps with body symmetry during exercise and yoga poses. The staggered top and bottom end markers allow you to maintain a consistent stretch on both sides of the body, so you can monitor extension progress, and avoid overstretching.
Two inner circles provide focus for stability poses as well as a return-to-centre space, for rebalance, recovery or meditation.
Free straps to wrap the mat included.
