Gordal Olives are a traditional product which the Andalusian lands of Cordoba offer to the rest of the world for their delight. These big olives contain all the true taste of the most typical Spanish dishes.
The Gordal is another interesting variety of green olives, which are green olives larger than normal in size and with white specks.
The olives are prepared by following the most simple and natural recipe, adding just what it is necessary to enhance the intrinsic flavour of the olives: water, sea salt and aromatic herbs. The result are pitted and unpitted green olives of the best quality, aroma, texture, color and taste.
