• In view of the Government’s adjustment to the rate of hotel accommodation tax (“HAT”) under the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance, Cap 348 (“HATO”), Rosewood Hong Kong will apply a 3% HAT per room per night starting from January 1, 2025.
• For any orders made before December 31, 2024, at or before 5 PM, a 3% hotel accommodation tax will be applied upon check-out.
