• Keep the Fu Gui Chicken warm in the over at 65°C. It is best consumed within one hour after pick-up.
• Reheat the Fu Gui Chicken in a 100°C oven after pre-heated for 30 minutes and the core temperature should reach 75°C or above.
• Bang out Fu Gui! Hammer on the crust three times with three cheers: One for health, Two for luck & Three for Prosperity!
