The "Vesuviello" is a Neapolitan specialty obtained from fine fresh tomatoes grown on the slopes of the Vesuvius national park at 300 meters above sea level in a land rich in mineral salts made of flavours, colours, and fragrances.
Vesuviello is a very ancient and typical tomato variety of the Parneopean tradition that gives an explosion of taste and liveliness.
The product is immersed in water and salt.
