To make mulled wine:
1. Pour a bottle of wine (750ml) into a large pot.
2. Add 10g of our Mulled Wine Spices.
3. Add sugar, orange slices and rum to your liking.
4. Simmer on low heat on the stove for 10-15mins until wine aroma unfolds. The wine should not cook or bubble, just heat up very slowly - do not boil.
5. Take from heat and let infuse for about 5mins.
6. Enjoy while warm, reheat as necessary.
